  4. The correct approach to trading concessions in negotiations and how to generate options to move the conversation forward when you get deadlocked
  5. How to effectively summarise the discussion and get the other party’s commitment to your agreement once a settlement has been reached at the end of the negotiation

I expected the Audit Report Writing Workshop to be a very dry and theoretical course with instructions on how we write reports in Vodafone.
