We provide learning programmes in 11 countries on 3 different continents with our headquarters in London.

We offer a complete range of developmental solutions from consultancy services, facilitated solutions, executive coaching on a group or individual basis and bespoke, in-house group learning programmes which can be delivered face-to-face, virtually or in a blended approach with the option of coaching clinics included.

Who are we?

Corporate Learning Director
Andy directs the design and delivery of all of our learning and consultancy programmes.

He has 20 years’ experience working in the corporate training and consultancy sector and is an expert in instructional design and managing complex, large-scale organisational communication programmes spanning diverse geographic locations.

He has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from University College London with a specialisation in Philosophy of Language.

Ru Kovacs
Strategy & Marketing Director
Ru directs all of our client relations, business development and marketing activities.

She has 18 years’ multinational experience in the finance, telecommunication, FMCG and consultancy sectors where she worked in every aspect of sales and marketing.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and an MSc in Business Administration and Organisational Behaviour from Istanbul University.

Nesli Basoglu
Nesli Basoglu
Sales Programme Director
Nesli directs all of our Sales Communication Programmes.

She has over 20 years' multinational experience in all areas of global sales in the logistics and consultancy sectors in Istanbul, London and New York.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Istanbul University and she is a fully-certified coach with a strong specialty in performance, sales, relationship building and team facilitation.
