He has 20 years’ experience working in the corporate training and consultancy sector and is an expert in instructional design and managing complex, large-scale organisational communication programmes spanning diverse geographic locations.

He has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from University College London with a specialisation in Philosophy of Language.

Ru directs all of our client relations, business development and marketing activities.

She has 18 years’ multinational experience in the finance, telecommunication, FMCG and consultancy sectors where she worked in every aspect of sales and marketing.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and an MSc in Business Administration and Organisational Behaviour from Istanbul University.
